In North America, coyotes, wolves, cougars, fishers (a type of weasel), and many other predators will eat feral cats. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your point of view) most of them have been eliminated by humans, severely disrupting the ecological balance.
Many native predator species are also considered "bad" by humans, even though they are part of a normal ecosystem. The domestic cat was introduced by European settlers, and is not a normal part of the North American ecosystem.
