Well, lots of animals like buzzards and animals eat dead animals so they would probably eat a dead coyote... but I don't think there is any animal that mainly eats coyotes.
Coyotes will eat anything they can get at including but not limited to rabbits,small sheep, and especially chickens. Keeping a coyote off your property is almost as hard as catching a road runner.
The horse is an herbivor, which means he only eats plant life, grasses mostly. If no grass is available they will need hay and some kind of grain to make sure they get all the nutrition they require....
