I am assuming you mean what do Osprey eat (rather than what kills and eats an Osprey)
An Osprey is a fish eating eagle.
It catches fish from the top of the water then flies up to a roost where it then eats them
I do not think that there is any animal that would routinely catch and eat an Osprey as it is at the top of its food chain.
