You can but quite a lot of trigger fish are poisonous. I would not risk it.
Triggerfish feed on hard-shelled invertebrates. Some eat algae. Coral polyps are difficult for large fish to reach. Most fish that feed on polyps are small and able to dig them out of their calcium...
