Chemical energy
Anaerobic energy.
There are two types of muscles which are NOT under your control. They are smooth muscles present in many tubular organs present in your body. Second type is present in heart called as cardiac muscles.
Resting skeletal muscles burn glucose for energy. Although fat can also be used as an energy source, if glucose is present, muscles will use glucose first.
Phalanges are bones that are present in the fingers and toes. In the hands, the muscles that are attached to your phalanges are called the deep flexor and superficial flexor muscles.
Muscles use aerobic respiration to metabolize the energy they need to function. When they have insufficient oxygen to metabolize all the energy they need, they use anaerobic respiration in the form of fermentation. The Lactic acid which is created as a by product of fermentation builds up in the muscles and causes soreness.
the pupil gets smaller because there is an abundance of light present.
It is chemical to kinetic energy.
Mechanical energy produced by your muscles
It is chemical to kinetic energy.

Physical energy

Energy is stored as fat in the muscles.
Glycogen is stored in the liver and muscles, and is second to fats as long-term energy storage.
Chemical energy
Kinetic energy is produced. The energy your muscles use is chemical energy, which is gotten by food. The muscles do an action, therefore giving off kinetic energy.
Muscles are used by means of chemical energy.
