You can get gel nails at any age, from that I know of.
The key to taking off gel nails is to soak it in really hot water for a few minutes and they should peel right off, However it is normal for a few nails to stay on. If that should happen using a cuticle stick gently move the cuticles back. Then using the pointed end loosen the rounded part of the nail, soak in more hot water and then you can remove it from the bottem end. the glue that is left over will wear off in a few days.

Answer There is no such thing as deep throat gel. Practice and more practice will do all you need to do.
Instructions: Scrub nails clean of any dirt with warm, soapy water. Towel dry the nails Shape natural nails with a nail clipper and file. Rinse and towel dry the nails. Open the bottle of brush-on gel resin. Pull the applicator brush out of the bottle. Wipe off excess resin on the inside lip of the bottle. Apply a thin layer of brush-on gel resin to nails starting near the cuticle and brushing toward the tip. Apply a second coat of brush-on gel resin to nails starting at the cuticle and brushing toward the tip of the nail. Allow to air dry for at least 15 minutes. Hope this helps! NVP
It is easiest to trim gel nails to the desired length before applying them, but they can also be trimmed after they are complete. They can be clipped and shaped like real nails.
1.) They are easy to apply and look gorgeous 2.) They will not damage/discolour your nails, as synthetics do, and cost less
