None - if the employee enters into a position in which the travel requirements or overtime are stated, then the employment contract is mutually agreeable. Most jobs are considered "at-will", which means that either the employer or employee have the right to terminate the employment agreement when they wish. Because of at-will employment, both parties can find more suitable arrangements if disagreements arise.

People who join the military, for example, are well aware of the requirement to sign a mobility agreement - this states they may be called upon to to leave for extended periods of time. Federal law enfocement signs the same agreement, in addition to being required to work mandatory overtime in the amount of 25% (hence why they qualify for LEAP).
