ANSWER Breast cells are mostly fat tissue. As with any other part of the human body, performing the right exercise(s) and continuing them, regularly, over time, is likely to reduce breast size in both men and women (n.b., some such exercises might enlarge the torso by strengthening the surrounding muscles, which may make the chest appear larger, even if those exercises "burn" the surrounding fat away; it should also be noted that dense fatty areas in any part of the body may not respond to exercise, and might require surgery to remove). Doing chest muscle exercise will enhance the muscle under the fat, but will not reduce it any further than any other exercise.
