Well most of the time, but sometimes you just have that extra weight that you cannot get off with health and excercise. But, most of the time you can work it off.
I'm sure they could to some extent. It will probably require a lot of time and dedication, but like any muscle you will eventually gain strength if you do enough exercises.
yes it really does work! it changed many peoples life and i have even lost a load of weight , size 14 to size 4 so i think it is fantastic it only took 4 months for this to happen .
