What exercises are good for the lower abs?

My favorite lower abs exercise is the reverse crunch. This will require you to get on your back, and make your back as flat as possible. Then simple and slowly pull your knees to your chest without pulling your back off the ground just like a sit up but instead of your head going up its your legs.
