Money availability of employer Perception by the employer to make money through employment Willingness of candidate to take job Ability of candidate to convince employer that they can perform job and make employer rich Perception that competition is getting the best candidates and without new blood their bottom line goes away. They were given money by the government which is audited to specifically hire new employees and they can't spend it on personal gifts Old employees die or retire at an increasing rate A new strategy for going to the moon or mars or war or under the ocean has been instituted by some necessity that brings everyone onboard to fulfill their part at sub-standard wages dictated by the government such as WWI and WWII or during the Cold war and the Space race are great examples and the Great wall of china is a good example and the Spanish armada is also a good example A company needs to vie for a contract and needs employees to meet the criteria to perform required work such as lab personnel, construction personnel, software personnel, manufacturing personnel, astronaut personnel, or other qualified individuals that are missing from their current repratoire. There is an increase in demand services or consumibles during a certain time period which requires employees There has been new inventions or changes in technology which create new demand and changes the buying habits of a cultural group which causes employers to hire new employees with the gift to serve change in the number of small companies to big companies ratio which changes the number of actual working employee demo graphics which directly changes the number of employees required by companies Major disastors or plague cause may cause changes in employment Financial fear or financial panic in society in general may cause changes in employment for no other reason, perhaps by a major downward trend, or a perceived downward trend which causes major downward trends in job opportunities Same as above from opposite of fear... optimisim that pervades the economy where everyone is on board and generates higher numbers in job opportunities Ability to separate yourself from the wolf pack so that you sell something that is better than a commodity that everyone wants or needs by hiring people with certain skills or knowledge

What are the factors that influence the speed of the direct-current shunt motor with increasing load?

.The magnitude of the voltage and current of both the armature and shunt field coil. To decrease the speed when the load is increasing then increase the shunt field current while decreasing the armature voltage or current. To increase the speed while the load is increasing then increase the armature current while decreasing the shunt field current. The decreasing and increasing of these currents and voltages can be done by connecting a variable resistor in series or parallel with each of the armature and/or shunt field coil.
