This product would be the Treaty of Versailles. This formed the alliance by using unrestricted submarine warfar by Germany, which made the Americans angry. So, the Mexicans teamed up with America and formed this, causing this U-boat warfare to quickly stop, and they made up another treaty (I am not sure what it is called, but it is out there) that basically stated that we will not sink any ships until any lives are off the boats. This was made ever since the sinking of the Luisitania.
