Rabbits, you can butcher them and sell them as meat, just like you would with chickens. Angora rabbits you can even use as a source of fibre for angora wool an such. You can't have anything bigger than a hen or a rabbit when you only have a small space, since you have to keep in mind the amount of feed that an animal eats per day and how much you can store on your property without taking up too much room for other personal items you have.
