Well, first you have to introduce a good title, such as, Healthy Eating Kid's. Then you will need a good picture to cover the title. Such as maybe fruits or vegetable's? Then, some details underneath. Maybe you could say something like a question, or an phrase. On the next page, you will need a good long introduction, such as explaining about children who have healthy eating diets, or maybe unhealthy children. The next page/paragraph is mainly about foods to avoid, such as chocolate and sweets. The next page/paragraph is normally about food you should eat, and why. The last paragraph/page is a conclusion, summing up to why Healthy Eating is important, and how you can change.

Healthy meals should (in my opinion, and many doctor now as well) be as natural as possible, and contain minimal sugar, or more particularly, "Fructose".

By "natural" I mean foods like meats (all types of meats) vegetables, some nuts, and all full fat dairy products.

Stay away from processed foods, and read the labels to see just how much sugar is contained in foods before you by them.
