In the phil. there is variety of tradition in food's but the most you notice is that there main staple is rice with fish as its vian there are place in which they usually put some spicy sauce as appetizer to their vian.
Rice is a staple food in the Philippines. The food is basically an influence from the different countries surrounding it and the countries who colonized it. These foods maybe originated from other countries but the Filipinos transformed them into their very own. Here are my favorite Filipino foods; Kare-kare, Sinigang, Nilaga, Chopsuey, Pinakbet and many more! Next time you visit the Philippines maybe you can try these by yourselves! I suggest you also try to check out the street foods!
