I like to take a product by Jar row called Mushroom Optimizer (red label). It is a blend of 7 mushrooms which are considered beneficial to the immune system. Although this doesn't raise your white blood cell count directly, I think having a stronger) immune system would help in the production of white blood cells. and eat lots of fruit and eat weight watchers

A nice food for this is coconut water. People in World War 1 were given coconut water to help with blood transfusions.
