In latin America is lunch generally a light meal?

Latin American cultures are not all the same, but the biggest difference from the US is they have a late supper , usually around 9 PM. They also frequently have a long lunch time , as they believe in a rest period after lunch. Not necessarily a nap , but just time to relax . Life in general is much less rigid .

did you have to do the same actividades workbook?jeez Expresate! guys suck!they can't give a decent workbook!i think the answer is no, they have big lunches.They eat light in dinner though.I'm betting that the next kid who sees this is an 8th grader from Texas that uses Expresate! 1B Textbooks.
