easy there are normally 3 forks to your left and 3 knifes to your right, so start by using last fork to your far left and the last knife to your far right ... so with every serving just move in, so second serving use the middle folk and the middle knife. And remember when done with your meal place the fork and knife side by side on your plate so the garcon will come pick your plate up :)
