The formula used to calculate the volume of a recrangular solid is:
L*W*H=V
length x breath x height, (l x b x h)
The formula for a rectangular solid is to multiply the measurements of Length(L), Width(W) and Height(H). Ex: L x W x H = Volume
the volume of a regular solid is the area of it's base multiplied by it's height.
If you have a ruler then you could measure the length width and height and then multiply them together. (LWH is the formula)
