Small hand torches are typically propane. Large professional welding torches use a mixture of oxygen and acetylene.
Oxygen, and another flammable gas.
It can be used to solder metal together or heat metal up for some purpose.
Fire, explosions, burns. And don't inhale the gas.
An Oxygen Acetylene torch will get to 5800-6300 degrees Fahrenheit.
