Plexiglas has it's own proprietary adhesives. Most are essentially plexiglas melted in a liquid such as Methyl ethyl ketone. -Used properly this melts the edges together, -the smoother the cut edge, the better your joint will be. I smooth my edges on a planer. Adhesives for different uses with Plexiglass are IPS Weld On #4, #10 and #16. -Many of these are available in local plastics stores.
Plexiglas has it's own special glues. Available where you buy plexiglas.
Almost any epoxy cement or silicone will glue marble to plexiglas.
Perspex, plexiglas, or Acrylic glue is best for that. You need Weld On #3. #4 or #16. They are various thickness glues for those materials.

There are many kinds of 'plastic'. Possibly over hundred kinds of plastic adhesives. Please say which plastic, polystyrene, polycarbonate, plexiglas etc.

Epoxy if not much to glue. PL200 in caulk tubes if there is lots to glue.
Best glue I've found for that is 'Sta-Put' spray adhesive, sold at stores that sell plastic laminates.
PL Premium is very good for that .
