What happen if someone cut you off causing you to flip and total your truck and getting hurt?

Do you know who this other person was? Witnesses? Assuming you cannot find this person that cut you off, then collision coverage on your policy will take care of your vehicle and the uninsured motorist coverage (along with med pay or p.i.p.) will cover the injuries. All states I know of consider the 'phantom vehicle' under um. There will be an investigation of course to prove that a phantom vehicle exsisted.
