What happened in the Time after Time episode in Xiaolin Showdown?

There are two Time After Time episodes, Time After Time One, and Time After Time Two. In the first one Master Fung tells the monks that after they go on one final quest the leader of the group will be chosen. After Chase Young and Wuya attack the temple Omi decides he will go back in time and stop Hannibal Roy Bean from turing Chase Youn evil. But in order to get the Sands of Time to travel back, he must go into the future and ask Old Omi where the Sands of Time are. In order to get to the future Omi uses the Orb of Tornami to freeze himself for 80 years. When i wakes up 80 years later he finds the world has been taken over by Jack Spicer! With the help of the very old Raimundo, Kimiko, and Clay, he finds the sands of time and goes back 1500 years, to when Chase was still good. The story is continued in Time After Time Two. In the begining of Time After Time Two, Omi helps Grand Master Dashi, Chase Young, and Master Monk Guan lock Wuya in the puzzlebox. He switches Hannibals evil Lao Mang Long Soup with harmless pea soup, thus stopping Chase from turning into an evil lizard. Omi then travels back to present day and finds he has turned the future "all down-side up!" Now Master Monk Guan is evil instead of Chase, Jack is good, Master Fung is trapped in the Ying Yang World, Clay is the leader, and they all live on a farm! Omi proves to them that Chase is supposed to be evil, not Master Monk Guan, by showing them the Lao Mang Long soup he hid in the temple wall 1500 years ago. They are then captured by Master Monk Guan and Wuya and locked in the Heylin Seed Vault. Chase drinks the soup so he will have enough strength to bust out of the cage they are in and save them. With chase now on the Heylin side, Hannibal challenges Raimundo to a Xiaolin Showdown. Raimundo wins and they find an Omi from a parallel universe frozen in the Heylin seed vault. They unfreeze him and when the two Omis touch, two parallel universes collide. After the collision the world is back to normal, with Chase evil, Master Monk Guan good, and Jack evil. Because he saved the world Raimundo becomes leader, reaching the level of Shoku Warrior. Every single villain ever on the show, shows up at the temple ready for the ultimate battle, and Raimundo proudly leads his warriors into battle. The End.
