They were sent to concentration camps and some of them died, including Anne

After all of the hiders were found, they were sent to a concentration camp. There were eight hiders: Anne Frank, Margot Frank. Edith Frank, Otto Frank, Mr. Van Pels, Mrs. Van Pels, Peter Van Pels, and Dr. Pffefer- a dentist. All of them were taken to a concentration camp, which I believe was Westerbork. There were fed very little food there- and worked very hard each day. All 8 hiders were then sent to a different concentration camp= Auschwitz. Anne and Margot were sent to Bergen-Belsen, in Germany, and they both caught typhus. Margot died first of this disease, and then Anne did a few weeks later. They both died VERY young.
