Based upon the limited evidence from the films there could be only one winner; Jango Fett. The problem is that there is very little of Boba seen fighting.Jango Fett is seen battling one of the greatest Jedi in the Star Wars series (Obi Wan Kenobi) and winning as well as dispatching other Jedi. Jango is seen to be a formidable warrior, a master tactician and a fearsome foe. He is so good that the clone warriors are based on his genetic template.Boba Fett is genetically identical to Jango and was trained by him until Jango's death. It is entirely possible that Boba's experience meant that by the time of his apparent death (in terms of the film canon; he escaped in the extended universe canon) in Return of the Jedi that his experience outweighed that of his father and that combined with advances in technology would give Boba the edge. The problem is that we just don't see enough of him in action. We see a couple of bits of sneaking around, a lot of menace and then he gets taken out by a blind man.Boba Fett has a long history and future within the extended universe and most of what was hinted at in his menacing appearances has been shown. Then again so does Jango.We have to give it to Jango. It took Mace Windu to stop Jango Fett; a blind man stopped Boba.
