What happened to jill kellys magazine foxSeems like it just stopped production of the fox magazine?

I had a subscription, with 20 issues to go, plus other items paid for and not yet received. The last issue I received was January '08. All their 800 numbers and the home "Montcalm Publishing" 212-area-code phone are out of service. I haven't been able to locate any on-line information about their going out of business. The firm is listed in the New York Better Business Bureau website as "unsatisfactory" in their responses to complaints. I urge anybody who is owed magazines or anything from them to file a consumer protection complaint with the New York State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection (you can find this online, but have to mail in a filled-in complaint form).
