What happened to the Britannic?

Answer:

Answer

It is said to have either hit a mine or was struck by a torpedo in 1916 and sank off the coast of Greece near the island of Kea. It was being used as a hospital ship. Researchers have not been able to fully assess the ship because of the angle at which the ship lies. The hole where the explosion took place is inaccessible without lifting the ship off its side.

Researchers have now just been able to get inside of the ship but can not go very far into it yet. The researchers have gotten to boiler 6 room but have not been able to go further because of diving equipment problems. They have been told that it was hit by a mine that the Germans had placed and are trying to find the area were the mine had hit.
