Purchased by New England Westinghouse in 1916 and the line was discontinued. Trade name and production facilities purchased by Savage Arms in 1920 and operated as a semi-independent division until 1948 then became Stevens-Savage. The name was discontinued in 1991 but revived on a limited number of models in 1999.
