well, it can be life threatening, it can harm u servely or kill u and its not only life threatening it can cause loss or damaged to homes and people will have to live somewhere else to they find or fix their home!
If you are referring to the February 2009 bushfires in Victoria, the people who were known to be at risk were told to evacuate. However, many of them chose to stay and try to fight the fires. They were the one who were caught in the conflagration and killed. Others were killed when trying to evacuate, as the smoke was so thick that it reduced visibility to a few metres, and cars were caught in major collisions. More still were in the process of evacuating when the fire just rushed at them at an incredible speed, not even giving them a chance to get out.
The Government gave the communities like King Lake and stuff money to rebuild their houses, shops, recreational buildings everything. Some people just took the money and went to the city. But most stayed and rebuilt. Personally i think its inspirationall because im a city boy and never would experience something these brave courageous people have just done. For the 173 people who have died. Our prayers are with you as we have just had the 1 year anniversary for black saturday.
