First off if youre taking them to get effed up, do not start with 20. Try between 6-8 to begin. Wait 45min to an hour to decide if u want more. They will put you in a confused state and give your body a pleasant feeling. Hallucinations sometimes occur. However i do not recommend using them recreationally. Long term side effects of large doses include brain damage, liver/kidney problems, and mess with the nervous system. If you are taking them be safe and make sure you dont over do it. Always make sure it has 4mg of chlorpheniramine and 30mg of dextromethorphan hbr. The dex is what makes you trippp.
