a new nucleus forms around each copy of DNA
During telophase, chromosome sets assemble at opposite poles, a nuclear envelope reforms around each set, and cytokinesis occurs.
During telophase the cell membrane gets "pinched" and the orgenelles and DNA are split. following telophase is cytokinesis when the cell membrane is sealed off and the mother cell becomes two sister cells.
The final stage of meiosis or mitosis, in which the separated chromosomes reach the opposite poles of the dividing cell and the nuclei of the daughter cells form around the two sets of chromosomes.

In telophase nuclear membrane is begin to reform at both ends of the cell and spindle fibers disappear. chromosomes uncoil and return to chromatin form in preparation for Interphase. Cytokinesis coincides with this stage of mitosis.
All of this is true but a much easier answer to this question is that telophase is when a new nucleus forms around each copy of dna.
During telophase, chromosome sets assemble at opposite poles, a nuclear envelope reforms around each set, and cytokinesis occurs.
A cleavage furrow forms during the Telophase phase. During the Metaphase phase chromosomes line up in the center of cell at the metal plate.
During DNA replication where the chromosomes becomes visible.
A total of four daughter cells form
Interphase only happens once during meiosis. Prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase and cytokinesis all happen twice.
In telophase in mitosis and both telophase I & II in Meiosis
lengthen
A total of four daughter cells form.
prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase (including cytokinesis)
By the time the cell is in telophase, the chromosomes have already replicated, condensed, lined up, and migrated to their poles. During telophase the chromosomes are separating as far apart as possible preparing the cell for cytokinesis (division of cytoplasm).
Telophase is the final stage of meiosis or mitosis. The nuclear material in late telophase is reformed around the chromosomes of the daughter cells.
A total of four daughter cells form
prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase (including cytokinesis)
During mitosis, it is when the cell is in telophase.
A total of four daughter cells form. *apex*
