I have had ringworm, and didn't treat it with anything, and it went away within a month.
Usually, the fungal infection just gets worse and spreads. You need clotrimazole cream or another antifungal treatment to cure it.

∙ 13y agoWhen my mum was small, she lived in a small village with no pinworm medicine and when she got them, they went away by themselves, so they will probably just go away in a few weeks.
