Well the first couple times you do it; It will cause nausea, upset stomach, headaches, dehydration, diarrhea, and faintness. You will probably black out and be very light headed.

If you continuously do it, your intestines won't work without the laxatives. Your body will be dependent on them so it is not good to continuously do it. Also the more you do it the chances of causing a serious injury to yourself increase immensely.

Please don't, I took FIVE pieces because I felt two weren't working, and wow I had the most horrible pain all night in my stomach, I fainted in the bathroom and I was shaking really bad I couldn't keep my balance, I felt better the next day after I drained all the diaria out, but don't be foolish like me. Just take two and wait it out.

It's an improper method of waste removal; that of which meaning that your body forces WASTE and not weight out of it. So if you lose weight, it's going to be from material in your colon that is already waste. It's completely impossible to lose fat like this. So overusing laxatives will completely destruct your digestive system, intestines, liver, and your bowel movements. So ultimately it's a direct consequence of just messing up your body and it will be a very long process of recuperation which will most likely add to your weight gain. So it's a counteracting idea. Try diet pills if you are so inclined to synthetic ways of weight loss.
