Well, nothing really happens unless you choose to make something happen.
You could talk to the doctor that did the job and tell him why you are dissatisfied, and (depending on the policies of the clinic and the contract that you signed), he may agree to correct the perceived problem, which may or may not cost you a lot more money, depending on what you signed and the policies of the place where you had it done.
