Since when is the amount of ones education correlated with love. Either you love the individual or you do not. The both of you will have to work as a team with mutual respect for one another regardless of education. If you keep throwing education up to the one your with, you will definitely have problems. I am much more educated than my wife, but that has never made a difference in our relationship. In addition, remember that education is not synonymous with character, integrity, honesty, wisdom, good common sense, pure in heart, gracious, loving, gentle, encouraging, supportive, nurturing, etc. You get the drift. These are the traits you should be looking for.
