What happens if you pull into the roadway and are hit by a snowplow going backwards in the wrong lane?

Answer

In NYS (no fault state) there is a code or law that exempts snowplow drivers of municipalities from being responsible for their accidents. They can run over your car, yard, pets, children ect...and you have no course of action.
