Well it depends. If it's a blank sheet of paper then it would'NT do much harm to you. But if you inhale the smoke then ofcourse it's bad. It doesn't do anything just as long as you keep the smoke in your mouth and blow it out. Just one peice of advice, don't smoke paper with ink in it.
