Sour gummy worms contain citric acid. If you snort the powder you will severely irritate your nostrils and sinuses. The lining in your nostrils and sinuses are extremely sensitive and contain an extensive network of capillaries. Snorting it will result in extreme pain as the citric acid burns the lining contained inside and the sugar crystals will most likely tear the lining resulting in a nose bleed. Your sinuses will also go into overdrive generating mucus to clear our the foreign substances that now are in your sinuses.

Now that's just what happens to your nostrils and sinuses. Since you're aspirating, the powder that doesn't get trapped against your nostrils or in your sinuses will go into your lungs because the epiglottis only prevents substances from getting into your lungs when you swallow. The powder that is now in your lungs will cause an inflammatory response, generating more mucus within your lungs, this is known as aspiration pneumonitis. If enough powder accumulates in your lungs, it could block a passage, which may end with an infection called bacterial pneumonia which requires hospitalization and anti-biotics.

If bacterial pneumonia is left untreated, it could result in sepsis, which is serious inflammatory response, also known as blood poisoning, which then will lead to septic shock and finally, death.

It may sound fun to snort substances for fun or out of a friendly dare but I don't think you will find hospitalization fun for doing something that seems so trivial.
