One day of pregnancy means you had sex about 7-10 days ago and I don't think that is what you mean. It takes about 3 days for the egg to get fertilized and an additional 7 days until the egg is attached. 11 paracetamol is not good for you or the kidneys and it will not prevent pregnancy working as the morning after pill nor will it make you abort. Better to take the morning after pill or have the coil fitted which can prevent pregnancy up to 5 days after sex.
