It depends, my experience was different everytime I did it. Its not that dangerous as far as the drugs interacting if that's what youre asking, but the effects usually vary. Sometimes it would potentiate the Adderall's euphoric feeling, while other times it would seem to ruin it.

If you have ever heard the term "speedball," apply it to this type of combo. Traditionally a speedball is used when a person mixes heroin and cocaine, usually by mixing both and injecting. This is to give a double type of high, sort of. Cocaine of course can lead to euphoria, increased awareness, a feeling of grandiousity even, and general pyschomotor stimualation. Heroin also contributes to the euphoria, but can also cause a person to become so tired they begin to nod off. Mixing the two, in a way, allows a person to not nod off and feel the high better. Of course this is extremely dangerous and it wouldn't be too surprising to hear that a person who has done this is now dead. They are at opposite ends of the spectrum in that cocaine is a stimulant and heroin has depressant properties. Though heroin can cause respiratory depression and cocaine can cause the heart to race, arrhythmias and high blood pressure. Adderall can be likened to cocaine in that adderall is basically amphetamines, a stimulant, and morphine is an opiate like heroin. I am not saying that these two drugs are never mixed, but it should only be done in a person who is being prescribed both by a physician and is monitored on a regular basis. I would not suggest anyone do this unless a physician is involved and prescribes these drugs with the patients best interests in mind.

If someone smoked some meth in conjunction with taking Adderall one day, they would probably experience a feeling more intense than either of those two substances alone. However many people would not feel the effects as much as taking them each by themselves in equal doses on two different days compared to the day that they combined the two.

You can't take presciption drugs and use Meth . You are defeating the purpose of your meds. In all sincerity, you belong ina facility . You're headed for an untimely demise if you continue doing things like this.

This addresses a classic question in psychopharmacology (how drugs affect the brain), of which I am a student. That question is about antagonistic drugs, in this example whether a CNS stimulant (Adderall) would "win" against a CNS depressant (Ambien).

It is somewhat dependent on dosage, but not much. As long as the Adderall was given in a half-significant amount, it would win out over Ambien--you would not fall asleep. Ambien would also reach a "plateau" in its depressive effects with an increase in dosage much more quickly than Adderall would.

In general, the rule of thumb in psychopharm is that given a strong enough stimulant, in a high enough dose, it will always win out over the depressant.

This rule is not entirely foolproof. 5mg Adderall against 200mg sodium pentobarbital wouldn't do much in keeping you awake. But even a slightly higher amount of methamphetamine or cocaine would.

probably a bad idea. They are very similar drugs, but meth is much stronger. Potential side effects would be:

- severe hypertension (high blood pressure) - potentially leading to hypertensive crisis, requires emergency care

- delusions, hallucinations, psychosis

- heart attack

- aneurysm

- intracranial bleed/ruptured aneurysm

- stroke

- heart rhythm abnormalities (arrhythmia) that can cause your heart to stop and kill you, or require you to be shocked with the infamous paddles

These are just short term problems. if you take this combination of drugs over the long term the list is much longer.

You will just get high. The high will last till it is over and then you will experience the either calming effect of adderall (if ADD) or the hyped up effect for the adverse effect for persons without ADD or ADHD
