Once a cheater almost always they will cheat again. You can file for separation and then divorce, or, you can directly file for divorce and save yourself more anquish. I suggest you see a lawyer and be sure of what your rights are. I know how you must feel, because I caught my first husband cheating and I left him and filed for divorced. There were no children or properties involved, so I suggest if you have children, property (including your home) or other invested interests such a stocks/bonds, etc., you seek legal counsel.
