You still owe the fine. Contact your local court house. They will be able to find a copy of your infraction and let you know how much to pay, and where to send it. Not paying the fine promptly typically results in an escalation of penalties.

The speeding ticket is a separate issue. If you don't have insurance you get done for driving without insurance, speeding or not.
