Yes there are some plants out there that can be poisonous to dogs, but there are too many to name. It is of great interest that should eat something that disagrees with them they will either (on their own) vomit it up or eat grass to make themselves vomit it up. I've never heard a dog poisoning themselves on a plant in my life span.
