The only result of mixing milk with watermelon would be a mess. Although watermelon tastes sweet, like most fruit it probably has enough natural acid to sour and curdle the milk.

If you just mix sugar into cold milk, it will sink to the bottom and they won't really combine, but if you mix sugar into hot milk, it will dissolve.
