If two species occupy the same niche they will fight to get the resources and one species will typically use the resources better and run the other species out of the ecosystem.
Only one will survive.
They either mate and have strange looking babies or they end up killing each other
They compete for resources, and sometimes one species just happens to have something that makes them a little bit better to occupy that niche, and therefore the other species either dies, moves on, mates (if they are genetically related enough, such as a wolf and a dog), if capable tries to get its nutrients from another source (wolves kill all of the deer, so bears decide to eat from garbage cans or something). There are probably some other options, but it isn't uncommon for one species to have to leave or ends up dying.
If two populations share the same niche then this can cause competition between the populations. This can lead one population to destroy the other one.
When two populations attempt occupy the same niche they will fight and compete each others for food, and also for their homes/houses.
A war breaks out
COMPETITION competition
From A+: competition :)
When two organisms attempt to occupy the same niche then one of the organisms will start to weaken or both organisms will. This is because of competition.
Fundamental Niche
There is massive competition for resources resulting in one of the two species being driven away or made extinct.
Only one will survive.

Massive competition occurs when 2 organisms have the sane niche. The organisms are 2 species.
