My couson take this slimming pills, she said no side effect only dry mouth. But I asked how does she feel after stop taking she said she didn't stop yet just prolong the period of taking, at beginning she took 1 pill a day, and when she slim down she guadually reduced the frequency and now she only take 2 pills for every week. But she has been keep in good status, no rebound. She also doing the exercise and keep moderate diets of course, she said she would try to completely stop taking meizitang only doing exercise, I'll see how's going, and keep you update..
