It depends on how much of what you take. MDMA would naturally override the effects of Codeine being the strong stimulant it is. However Codeine being an opiate depressant(downer) can be dangerous when mixed with a stimulant(upper) such as MDMA. Mixing uppers and downers is not wise as this can likely cause your heart to go into cardiac arrest. One part of your brain is telling your heart to go faster, while the other part is telling it to slow down. Be careful.

∙ 14y agoThese two drugs are essentially the same exact thing. It's the other byproducts like acetaminophine that you need to watch out. They put those in there to prevent abuse because they destroy your liver and kidneys. Acetaminophine is the same stuff as in tylenol, so I wouldn't take more than about 8-10mg/kg of body weight of that stuff to prevent serious damage.

∙ 11y agoOxycontin and condeine are both narcotic (opiate) pain killers. Whilst they can be taken together, doing so can lead to overdose problems unless the doses are closely monitored by a doctor. Generally either one or the other are used, oxycodone for stronger pain and codeine for milder pain. As the two medications basically have the same effect on the brain, they will usually just increase the oxycodone dose rather than add codeine.

Dilaudid would be more potent than Norco. Dilaudid is roughly 5-7x more potent than morphine where as hydrocodone is .6 the potency of 10mg of morphine. So the hydrocodone would be much less potent as hydromorphone (dilaudid) or morphine.

Four pills of .5mg Xanax should be the same as one 2mg, mathematically at least. My question is, why wouldn't they be? I guess it's possible that if you are taking generics the purity of the pills could vary a little, but not by any significant amount. My doctor has prescribed me two .5mg and one 1mg Xanax pills interchangeably, so because of that (and the use of math and logic), I can't imagine there being any difference.
