Creatine is a natural occurring energy source used by the human body for moving muscle. Taking creatine allows the muscles to work longer for extended periods of time. Creatine can be beneficial when you have reached a point in your training where extended, harder workouts do not break down your muscles to detrimental levels.
I suggest that you mix the creatine with grape juice to maximize the intake of the solution. Grape juice helps the body absorb creatine faster.
Before taking any supplements, search on google for more information on the item(s)in question and possible side affects.
since the body produces its own form of creatine taking a large amount for an extended period of time will lead the body to stop producing its own creatine as its getting it from another source. Also creatine works by increasing the water retetention in your muscles for a "bulkier" look so when u stop , your muscles shrink back to its original size.
Answer
Creatine Ethyl Esther or CEE or KRe-Alkalyn are new developments of Creatine that are absorbed 90-100% into your body. Regular creatine monohydrate is only absorbed 10% resulting in 90 % waste. This waste goes through your liver and that is why people think it is unsafe. With CEE or KA you need not worry about the wives tails regarding creatine.
