Try Chrysanthemums. They have a natural insecticide called pyrethrum.

Sage planted near cabbage will help repel cabbage worms.
Lemon Basil will help repel white flies near tomatoes and other plants.
The smell of Lavender and helps repel some insects as does marigolds.
