If these hurt then it is probably best to see your doctor for a few tests to see if there is any infection around that area. Skin tags can be sensitive on parts of the body espeically on the Vagina area.

Sometimes you can get skin tags burnt off but please make sure you see your doctor and talk about the possibilites of getting them removed
